The Metro North REB's ambitious plans and goals include resource assistance for:
- Job Seekers, to ensure effective use of Career Centers, and enhance skills development
- Businesses, to increase Center Capacity through business connections, and improve the link between skill sets and regional business needs
- Youth, to strengthen the connection between youth programs and businesses, and promote post-secondary education.
